WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Zero Shipping generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products with SKU: starting with V28- come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You are required to notify Zero Shipping within 5 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Order and Cancellation
You shall pay for the product in full when you place an order,
When you submit an order through the website, you agree to abide and be bound by the prevailing Terms and Conditions. We are not obliged to supply the product until we have accepted your order. ZeroShipping reserves the right to decline any order, for any reason. If order has been declined, you will be provided a store credit or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Cancellation, Wrong post code selected or change of mind after the first 2 hours of placing the order on our website incurs a 9% restocking fee. This is deducted from the origin amount.
You are not entitled to a refund based on any of the following conditions:
- You changed your mind
- You found the item(s) cheaper elsewhere
- You ordered the wrong item
- You didn’t like the purchase
- You entered the incorrect order details
- Any similar reason to the above
Refund generally takes up to 5 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 10 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will also not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Before you attempt to return an item to us, you must take the following steps:
- Check the item(s) for faults and damages.
- record the damage(s) or fault(s) by photo and/or video.
- Notify us of the issue by email at “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
- Your email must include a full description as well as the photo and/or video.
- You must provide proof of purchase including your order number.
Once your request has been approved, we will advise you of the next steps. If you send you item(s) back to us without following the steps above, you may be liable for extra shipping, handling, warehousing and admin fees.
We are not liable for faults and damages to your item(s) after delivery. These include faults and damages during assembly, disassembly, package removal or use.
